Governance dashboard

Governance → Dashboard

One screen for the state of the policy library. Everything on it is a count over your organisation only.

Policy lifecycle

Documents by status: total, effective, published, in review, draft, retired.

The number to watch is effective against total. A library that is mostly draft is a library that is not governing anything yet — and a large in review count that does not move is a review process that has stalled, which is usually a reviewer who has not been told they are one.

The headline figures

TileWhat it countsWhat it tells you
AttestationAcknowledged ÷ assigned across all active campaignsWhether people are actually reading what you publish. Turns green at 80%
Overdue acksAcknowledgments past their due dateNon-zero is a problem: a published policy people have not confirmed
Reviews due (30d)Documents whose next review falls in the next 30 days, with the overdue count beneathYour forward workload, and what has already slipped
Pending AI proposalsProposals awaiting a decision, with agent runs in the last 30 daysWhether the review queue is being worked or accumulating
Awaiting my approvalDocuments in review that named you as a reviewerYour own queue. Non-zero means a colleague is blocked on you

The attestation figure covers launched and in_progress campaigns only. Closed campaigns are complete by definition and would flatter the number.

Policy exceptions

Exceptions by state: active, in review (requested plus in_review), and expired.

Expired is the one to read. An expired exception means the departure is over — either because the gap was closed, or because it was not and nobody noticed. The second case is a policy being breached with the paperwork expired, which is worse than an open exception.

Reviews coming due

The next six documents due for review, earliest first, each linking straight to the document. Anything already past its date carries an overdue badge.

Review dates come from each document's review frequency and are set when it is approved.

Policy Management (the library), Coverage & AI (the coverage dashboard), My Reviews (documents waiting on your approval), and My Acknowledgments (your own outstanding attestations).
