Organisation settings
Everything in Vantage belongs to an organisation. If you run several legal entities, each is a separate organisation with its own users, frameworks, register and audit trail — data never crosses between them.
Set your organisation up
Settings → Organisation
| Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Name / Name (Arabic) | Appears on every exported report and PDF. Both are used — Arabic exports fall back to the English name if it is blank. |
| Default locale | The language new users see first. Individuals can still switch. |
| Logo | Used in report headers. |
Language and Arabic
Vantage is bilingual throughout, not translated as an afterthought. Every record has English and Arabic fields, and the interface mirrors right-to-left when Arabic is selected — layout included, not just text.
Switch language from the globe control at the bottom of the sidebar. The choice is remembered per user.
Arabic names are optional, and it is tempting to skip them. A report generated for a regulator in Arabic will show blanks wherever they were left empty, and backfilling a whole register later is far more work than typing them once.
Switching organisation
If your account belongs to more than one organisation, use the switcher at the top of the sidebar. The whole application reloads in that organisation's context — dashboards, registers and reports all change.
